BUCHA
Russian propaganda spreads through at least 40 languages worldwide in 160 countries, and this weapon is no less powerful than missiles. That's why, to let the whole world know the truth, within the #ArtAgainstPropaganda project, will host a private screening of the working materials of the Ukrainian art film "BUCHA" featuring Alexander Shchur – the producer and scriptwriter, and Stanislav Tiunov – the film's director.
The #ArtAgainstPropaganda project opposes Russian propaganda worldwide, and the film "BUCHA" is an artistic drama that dispels the propagandistic narratives of the Russian government and reveals the horrifying truth of events in Ukraine that unfolded at the beginning of the full-scale invasion in the cities of Bucha, Vorzel, and Hostomel. The film tells the story of the rescue of local residents by Konstantin Gudauskas, a citizen of Kazakhstan who sought refuge in Ukraine and lived in Bucha.
The American tour and screenings are supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the Embassy of Ukraine in the USA, and the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine.
