Special Charity Screenings and
Q&A with Anton Ptushkin
Genre: Travel Documentary
Starting November 19, Anton Ptushkin embarks on a special charity tour with his travel documentary Antarctica, which tells the story of Ukrainian polar scientists working at the remote Vernadsky Research Base.
This cinematic journey invites you to board the Noosfera icebreaker with Anton, cross the infamous Drake Passage, and experience the majesty of glaciers and the charm of penguins on the big screen. You’ll discover why researchers spend an entire year in isolation, what scientific missions they undertake — and why they need a crossbow to do it.
The screenings will take place at [specific locations] on [specific dates and times]. Anton Ptushkin himself will host the event, including a Q&A session followed by an auction of incredible items — from an Antarctic postcard with official station stamps to... well, you’ll have to come and see for yourself.
100% of the profits from this tour will be donated to charity to support Ukraine!
